2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days of receiving your order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. supplier delays, customs, public holidays), processing may take a bit longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Note: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address, order weight/size, and selected method.

3. International Shipping / Duties & Taxes

  • If you are ordering from outside [your primary country], you may be responsible for international duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other import charges. These are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery times for international shipments may be longer than domestic orders due to customs processing and courier policies.

  • Please check with your local customs office for more information on additional fees and import regulations.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO addresses.

  • Delivery may be unavailable to certain remote or restricted regions — if your address falls under such areas, we will contact you to suggest an alternative or cancel the order.

  • Some items (if applicable) may have special shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations. If any such restriction applies, we will notify you prior to shipping.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive the email.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or other fees levied by their country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

7. Damages, Lost Shipments & Claims

  • Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item — or if there is visible external damage to the packaging — please refuse the delivery or keep packaging and contact us within 48 hours. Provide photos of the packaging and the item.

  • For lost shipments (i.e. showing “delivered” but not received) — contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation.

  • We will assist with investigating the issue and arranging a replacement or refund, depending on availability and circumstances.

8. Cancellations & Modifications Before Shipping

  • You may cancel or modify your order (shipping address, quantity, method) within 24 hours of placing it — provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

  • Once the order is shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
